I’m pretty sure it was mentioned somewhere here that Blu-Ray had won the little scuffle with its High-Def competitor, HD-DVD. According to NDP’s latest sales numbers, that is looking more and more like fact.

These figures detail the hardware sales (excluding the respective game consoles, which in HD-DVD’s case, don’t even include players) for January. Its starting to look a little slanted, eh? With nearly every studio exclusive or at least cross publishing to blu-ray, hd-dvd looks done for.
